The Coordinated Transportation Plan for Seniors and Persons with Disabilities (CTP)
The CTP was developed under the guidance and oversight of the ATFAC. The CTP is the central regional coordinating document for both federal and state funded transportation efforts and describes the region’s vision of a continuum of transportation services that takes into account an individual’s abilities as they transition through various stages of age and/or disability.
The purpose of the CTP is to facilitate coordination among service providers, and to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness and rider experience in the provision of transportation services to older adults and individuals with disabilities with disabilities through adoption of region-wide transportation priorities and action plans.
